Institute of National Reconciliation on the eve of the parliamentary elections of 23 June urged to ensure the right to vote to persons trapped . He addressed an official request to the CEC chairperson , Lefter Leshi urging that the necessary infrastructure to enable the trapped persons can vote on June 23 . ” I have sent a request to the CEC chairperson , Mrs. Lefter Leshi to ask affect the implementation of the rights of these families and to think of a solution for those affected by blood feud . In previous elections we had a positive experience in this regard , since the Institute of National Reconciliation , assisted by security forces escorted around 700 families in the polls . ” – Stated the President of the Institute of National Reconciliation , Agim Loci
